Our contracts contain such restrictions and the grounds for us in applying those restrictions are as follows.
Booking.com Transport Limited undertakes investments to attract consumers to, and enable them to locate ground transport services on, its platform. Clauses in our contract aim to ensure that rates and availability conditions posted on the platform are competitive, so that consumers may benefit from lowered search costs, and to prevent that a supplier would ‘free ride’ on significant investments undertaken by Booking.com Transport Limited.
